Return & Refund

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video should clearly show the sealed package and product condition.

Returns will not be accepted without video proof or after 24 hours.

Products that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

We are not responsible for damages reported after delivery.

Once the return is approved, a replacement will be arranged (subject to availability).

All return requests will be verified before approval.
